SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from San Diego, California.

Preorder items

If your order contains a preorder item, you must agree to the shipping times, preorders usually have an specific date of when they will begin to ship.

Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days and transit time is approximately 3-7 business days if no delays from within the USPS network.

International orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS. Transit time varies. Please be aware for international orders, it can take 1-3 months to arrive. This is out of our control. Any customs, duties, or tax fees after purchasing on our site is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Can I cancel my order ?

Cancellation requests must be made within 24hrs of an order being placed or before a shipping label has been generated, whichever comes first. Any orders requested to be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated cannot be cancelled for any reason. 

How do I return my purchase?

All purchases made are final sale . We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or lost packages: 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.

 

Return package: If your order is returned due to missing information or failed delivery, customer will pay extra shipping if they want to retry delivery. 

once your order is returned to our warehouse and you do not wish to try delivery again, you can request a refund for the product ordered. (shipping amount will not be refunded as this was already paid to the shipping carrier. shipping carriers do not refund money if delivery fails.)
